I am a senior HR Business Partner based in Dubai, with twenty years across tourism, real estate, telecommunications, aviation, construction, professional services and sustainable solutions. I hold a UAE Golden Visa, so client work runs without visa friction across the region.
My practice combines three things that rarely sit together. Senior HR judgement built across eight industries. AI-native HR work running since 2023, including recruitment acceleration and predictive workforce analytics at dss+. And Middle East ground truth, including UAE labour law, Emiratisation, and the practical realities of running HR across the GCC and wider EMEA.
