Manager coaching and leadership development

One-to-one and small-group coaching for managers and HR officers stepping into business-partner work. Certified in Train the Trainer, Management Training and Interview Techniques (Cubiks).

Format. Remote one-to-one. Group cohorts of four to eight on request.

New HRBPs, HR officers, and mid-career managers responsible for people decisions but trained mostly in operational HR.
